Creating a Works Cited Using MLA Citation
Now that you have completed your research, it is time to create a Works Cited page!
A works cited page is required for every paper that you write and each project that you create. It is a way for you to share with your teacher which sources you used in your paper, and for your teacher to make sure that the sources you used were accurate and credible. If you followed our research steps and lessons, your sources should be perfect for your project!
The Works Cited should list all of the sources that you used to complete your final project. Make sure that you have the following elements:

- Last name in the upper right hand corner followed by the page number
- Works Cited at the top in the center of the page
- Sources used in alphabetical order (Alphabetical by the first word in the citation)
- 12 point font for everything (title is 12 point font as well!)
- Double space everything
- Indent second line and every line after of each Citation 1/2 inch
